There are several ways to retrieve data from the PeopleSoft/GEMS database. One method of retrieving data is by running a USF Report. A USF Report is a pre-formatted Crystal Report that helps you generate clear and easy-to-read printed reports containing data from your PeopleSoft application.
Another method of retrieving data is by running a Public Query. Using this method you can run a query to an EXCEL spreadsheet. Once the data has been run to EXCEL you can review the fields and modify the data to fit your needs.
