GEMS is the management system for the University of South Florida’s personnel and payroll activities, and is the primary source of information on positions, appointment information, payroll registers, and budget summaries.
GEMS Self Service allows USF employees to review and, where appropriate, add, update, or delete their information online. While the preferred method for accessing GEMS and GEMS Self-Service is to sign-on through myUSF using your NetID and password, you can login directly using the sign-on links below.
