There are numerous combinations of Browsers and Operating Systems used to access USF Business Systems. The Browsers and Operating System combinations below have been certified by Oracle and will be supported by Information Technology when used to access FAST/GEMS. Information Technology tests and supports these browsers with their respective “default settings”, as shipped from their manufacturer.

Note: FAST/GEMS will not load in Internet Explorer 10.
Windows 32-bit or 64-bit
To find out if your computer is running a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows, follow the steps below.
Windows 7 / Windows Vista:
- Click the Windows Start icon
- Right-click ‘Computer’
- Click ‘Properties’
- Under ‘System’, view the system type
Windows XP:
- Click the Windows Start icon
- Right-click ‘My Computer’
- Click ‘Properties’
- If you don’t see “x64 Edition” listed, then you’re running the 32-bit version of Windows XP.
- If “x64 Edition” is listed under System, you’re running the 64-bit version of Windows XP.
